GoogleLiving with GetLiving was a remarkable experience, truly meeting international standards. The quality of furnishings, appliances, and overall amenities exceeded expectations. Maintenance, parking facilities, and the cleanliness of the surrounding areas at GetLiving were exceptional. The agent, Dominic, who handled the final payout, was outstanding. In summary, my time living there was very positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

From the moment I moved in, Persapel reached out to check in on me and see if everything was going well with my move-in process. I was surprised by how quickly she responded to my emails, addressing any questions or concerns I had. If you're looking for a place where your comfort and satisfaction are a top priority, I recommend Get Living :)

GoogleI would like to commend the apartment staff for their excellent service. From the beginning of the consultation to all matters after application, Anire showed extremely professional service quality. I am lucky to communicate with Anire, she always answered all my questions quickly, and her attitude gave me a good impression of the apartment before moved in. I want to give a shoutout to Percy and show my appreciation for her assistance during the move-in process. Especially I arrived late in the evening on my move-in day, but she had already made arrangements to securely store my keys, allowing me to smoothly check in outside of regular office hours. Additionally, Percy has been responsive and helpful with any issues or maintenance requests I have had regarding the apartment facilities. Her enthusiasm and professionalism in assisting me are truly commendable.

GoogleMy car was recently stolen together with my car park fob and parking permit. Abdul has been kind enough to arrange for a permit and for a fob replacement. Abdul has shown a significant amount of empathy, kindness and has been extremely efficient and helpful throughout the process. A great example of going above and beyond. Abdul - thanks for all your help. Extremely grateful to you. The customer service you have demonstrated has been second to none.

GoogleClaire Oki has been amazing from start to finish. She was super helpful in my search for the next apartment and was very patient with me over the various viewings! And when we got to referencing stage she was very crucial throughout this process and really helped to get things moving quickly. Zainab was methodical and helpful throughout the contract execution stage. A couple of questions had to be asked more than once or followed up a few times with the relationship team regarding moving in arrangements but overall a great service. Hopefully this level of service will continue when I move in!

GoogleThis 5 star is purely for Rick, the guy from the maintenance team, and also for the security which i don’t know about the name. Even tho the move in experience is the worst I had in my whole life and also the community sometimes just don’t have any hot water for entire day. But today when I woke up and realised I been locked inside my own bedroom, I immediately called security and he responded within seconds, and then about 5 minutes, Rick came to my door and rescued me, also helped me to check the bathroom door in case the same situation happens in the future. This leaves me a very valuable impression as how quick and nice they respond to resistance inquiries. Thanks again to Rick and thanks again to security, as anytime if I got any problems and call security they would always answer the phone call within seconds.

GoogleVery nice apartments but the location is extremely far from most basic amenities like a well connected public transport or a good sized supermarket. They only show sample apartment for viewing. There is a bus stop near by but tram station is better connected and it's really far. Staff was very nice and helpful. The Area did not feel very safe to me as a woman.
Hi Reena , Thank you for your review just to assure you we have 24 hour security on site to assist any residents should the need arise , however luckily our neighbourhood is safe and well populated and lit . Due to availability there is not always a selection of homes available for physical viewing as they may still be occupied but on notice . We do have a great selection of virtual viewing videos should you wish to see any particular layouts then do please let us know ? We are situated only an approx 10 minute walk into Spinningfields, Salford Central or Deansgate now the new bridge is open. GoogleAs one of two international students looking to move-in to a two bedroom flat, I had a lot of trouble finding landlords and leasing companies in Manchester that were willing to take a chance on tenants who were had little experience in the real-estate scene. After numerous rejections from various properties due to complications surrounding our international documentation, lack of credit, and filled quotas for student-tenants, it seemed to me that New Maker Yards - being the top-of-the-shelf development that it is - was almost certainly out of reach. Despite my doubts, I booked a viewing for a 2-bed flat. The woman who tended to me was exceedingly pleasant and professional. She was sympathetic of my situation, and did what she could to help me negotiate a fair agreement befitting my status as an international student. Her name is Aisha Alabi, and I highly recommend that you ask for her by name if you are looking to let. This was not the only employee with whom I have a had good experience. In fact, every member of staff that I've interacted with since have been similarly genuine, helpful and attentive. This is an example of what I refer to when I say that New Maker Yards goes beyond just ticking all the boxes. There is plenty of 'beyond-the-box' qualities of the development, those who manage it, and the property itself that contribute to the tenants' positive experience. And that these factors go unadvertised is indicative of a genuine care and dedication for New Maker Yards on behalf of the Get Living team. Above all else, this is why I would recommend New Maker Yards.

GoogleI have lived at Get Living East Village for over 2 years. The buildings are modern and well run and it is a nice place to live. Maintenance is handled very quickly. Dominic Dennis has so far handled our move our process very efficiently.
