I feel comfortable and happy with this agent. They are good and supportive and understand issues ... Its very good agency. Hannah has always taken care of our requests on time .. only suggestion i might leave is to open branch in Swindon I have to.travel all the way to Witney to get rental agreement and change it as well. If you have any one who can verify the docs in Swindon instead of tenant travelling to Witney will be really great !!

The whole team I deal with are always helpful. Alex has been so professional finding my second tenants. In doing so he quickly deals with concerns and proceedings and I feel confident with the whole team to manage my property well. I'd have no concerns at all recommending Gatekeeper to Landlords and Tenants alike.
