GoogleReally poor property care team, seriously incompetent. A failure from start to finish really, the house wasn’t cleaned to a professional standard when we moved in, the landlords junk still left in the garage and Stanley blades dotted around the house left behind from the carpet fitters. Numerous appliances stopped working in 7 months, the gas job being one of them which took 6 weeks to replace due to the fact they “never received my emails”. I had proof they were sent but they still insisted they never received them. Upon moving out they have hammered me on my deposit for some very basic wear and tear and some paint marks that weren’t even me!! They also deducted money from me for things that weren’t clean when I moved in so I’m left them untouched. Unsurprisingly the check out report they send contains no photo’s only descriptions and heavy cost reductions from your deposit, I tried to dispute some and asked for proof of it being done before I moved in but instead they just submitted me a final offer email for exactly the same amount they tried to deduct in the first place. Also, they are still trying to charge renewal fees after June 2019. All in all a complete cowboy outfit, don’t waste your time.

TrustpilotWorst agency ever avoid it ,everything…
Worst agency ever avoid it ,everything was amazing till agency fees was paid and the nightmare has started. New contact had to be renewed 2 month early(4 month on currently adress)with 14 days only notice and a big surprise increase rent 35£ and they negotiate the price without asking(20£). By the new low all agency from 1st jun 19 should keep 5 weeks deposit only and the rest refunded,all good till we renew contract and paid 95£ renewal fees(we should not) and received email saying deduction of deposit will pe made when new contract start and before signing told as 2 weeks!! I have a new born inside the house otherwise i should be out from this house before November,so lucky having still here. This agency is all about money and till there after is nothing,maintenance inside the house takes ages,weeks for example day one we moved we had no hot water and took them 2 weeks to fix the issue and i was pregnant,we had to bring and pay own plumber fixing toilet tank from day one was leaking and water bill cost 32£ for 3 days losing water,was a surprise om day one to find toilet tunk water switch off knowing there is a problem.. and issues can continue. I would never ever recommend Gatekeeper to anyone,they are above lows and all excuses bad communication including Alex. Never ever We had incase rent in the uk after 6 month renewal of contract!! Please avoid !
