GoogleWe had a leaking valve on a radiator. Stuart whom came round to fix the problem was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and explained what he was doing from beginning to end. I would highly recommend S T Plumbing And Heating, definitely a 5 star rating. Very pleased.

GoogleThe initial process of securing a rental property was about as painless as I can imagine it being. The process is mapped out step by step and each step given a deadline to keep things moving. They were generally pretty responsive to email and phone calls throughout the tenancy. When leaving my flat they tried to charge me twice for the early checkout fee (£150). If I hadn't have asked them to double check this, I would have been out of pocket. Also the contents insurance they arranged they did not cancel/didn't make it clear to me that I was responsible for cancelling it so I paid for an additional month after moving out. Overall not bad, I've dealt with much worse, but the checkout fee situation was sub-par. Update: Dropped to 1 star after a confrontational phone call asking for my feedback following my check out.
