TrustpilotFrom a Landlord's perspective this…
From a Landlord's perspective this company is shockingly bad. I got presented with them as a fait accompli when my previous agent ceased trading and passed their business on to Gatekeeper. Failed to follow my instructions regarding contractors not to be used. Poor communication with e-mail responses being incomplete and some content even being ignored - and this from a director. Their services were dispensed with at the end of the tenancy agreement they took over.

GoogleReally impressed by Daniel, he was very knowledgeable not only about this property but others that we had been to (With other agents). Knew the various areas of Swindon that we were interested in and spoke about all the positives of each. Took the time to understand what we were looking for. Pre-empted a number of the questions that we had regarding the property and surrounding area. He also pointed out features in the property that would have been easy to miss (e.g. Speakers) and made us feel very comfortable.
