Nazim Uddin has been our estate agent since 2007. There is no one I've ever come across who has as much integrity, humility and absolute professionalism as Nazim. He has kept our properties fully rented in all that time and has always listened and acted on our instruction and needs. A five-star review doesn't seem sufficient. Thank you, Nazim!

We started patronising Fraser & Co London West End since 1990s. We found the company very reliable and trustworthy especially the Property Manager, Mr Fajer Ali. We particularly appreciate his understanding, support and help in handling situations. He gave us prompt reply straight away every time. He identified the problem and referred to the appropriate channel. His warmth and willingness to sort out our problem is comforting to us. We would love to recommend Mr Ali's honest and enthusiastic service to anyone. He's a great asset to the company.

Absolutely very disappointed with such so called company. I have made an order then to be told after 2weeks waiting of the item delivery that it was cancelled. If you can spend your money in other places as the customer service is appalling within this company, Absolute shambles

I had a viewing scheduled for tomorrow for a 10-year-old property, but after a brief conversation with Remzi Halil today, I have decided to cancel it and take my business elsewhere. Due to personal matters today, I informed Remzi that I might be unable to speak with a mortgage advisor before our scheduled meeting. Instead of showing professional courtesy, he was incredibly dismissive. He told me it would be a "waste of his time" to commute for an hour if I couldn't immediately prove my affordability. As a serious buyer with multiple options in this price range, including brand-new developments, I found this level of aggression and lack of customer service completely unacceptable. I have never encountered an agent who uses these kinds of high-pressure tactics just to secure a viewing. If you are looking for an agent who treats potential buyers with respect and understands that life happens, I suggest you look elsewhere.
