GoogleI had an amazing experience with Dominic Noel, Yawar Kazmi, and James at FranklynJames. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and quick. The entire process, from securing paperwork to moving me into my new apartment, was completed in just 2 weeks! They were not only fast but also honest and transparent throughout. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient team, I highly recommend going with FranklynJames. They truly made the whole experience stress-free! I was so happy when i got the keys and asked for a picture with James because iykyk these all moments. Thank you.

First time buyer. Horrific journey however Franklyn James agents were always helpful and attentive. Alesja was my rock and kept me sane. And if she was otherwise engaged Mark would step in. Highly recommend!

GoogleI've had an exceptional experience working with Franklyn James to let my property in Limehouse. I was initially introduced to James Cooper who's communication and professionalism is second to none, and the property made it onto the market swiftly and efficiently. I had a great service with the letting agent team who kept me in the loop with viewing requests and feedback, especially Dylan, who was very helpful in chasing up the lease to finalise the terms with the tents. I'm looking forward to continuing a long-lasting relationship with Franklyn James and would fully recommend them to anybody considering an agent in the area.

GoogleYawar has been a fantastic property manager throughout my tenancy. He was always very helpful, professional, and accommodating. One of the things I appreciated most was how well he maintained communication between me and the landlord, he always kept me in the loop and made sure everything was clear and transparent. When it came time for me to look for a new place, Yawar went out of his way to try and assist with finding a new rental, which I really appreciated. He was swift in responding to any queries I had and always handled everything with a high level of professionalism. Overall, Yawar made the experience much smoother and less stressful. I'd highly recommend him to anyone working with Franklyn James.

GoogleAwful and horrible experience with Franklyn James. From the start, we experienced several issues with the flat, which were raised as part of the check-in process. However, resolutions were delayed or ignored, and it quickly became clear that they prioritised the landlord’s interests over ours. Many of these problems remained unresolved throughout our tenancy. Over over a year we were passed between at least four different property managers, including Gary, Sam, Mia, Adil; none of whom seemed aware of previous communications. This lack of continuity was frustrating and led to repeated delays in addressing concerns. Upon vacating the property, we arranged and paid for a professional cleaner for four hours. Franklyn James initially confirmed that everything was in order after checkout, and they said they were awaiting final confirmation from the landlord. However, we were charged a few extra non-sense cost intentionally. It’s also worth noting that the landlord is the wife of the estate agency owner, a clear conflict of interest that casts doubt on the fairness of the entire process. We now suspect our deposit is being withheld unjustifiably under the pretext of a cleaning issue, despite the professional clean and no concerns raised in the checkout report. Please avoid.

2nd time round Franklyn James does their magic. If you need a flat rented out they are so fast at marketing and endless viewings. Their Lettings team are without doubt always trying hard to find me a tenant against a very tough market. Mark Kimber found a lovely couple to rent my flat. Super happy. Will use again.

GoogleAbsolutely horrid experience. Had 5 new property managers in the space of a year. The agency has not taken responsibility despite raising concerning issues repeatedly over 10 months. The letting agent also shared ‘embellished’ truths about the property like: concierge included. Which were found to be untrue once we moved in. Would never work with them again.

GoogleAs a tenant who lived in a properly managed by Franklyn James, I’d be happy to recommend this business. Azar, my property manager, certainly defies all of the negative stereotypes attached to London letting agents. He’s friendly, responsive and gets issues sorted out efficiently and quickly.

GoogleGreat experience with Franklyn James! Dominic was great! He showed me around the flat on two occassions - I asked for a second viewing to clarify something very specific before putting in an offer, and they arranged and attended the second visit within the hour. The agents don't engage in bidding wars like others do. I've been searching for a place to move for a couple of months now and have seen it all. Definitely a standout!
