GoogleWe received a notice to vacate at our old place with another agency because the landlord decided to sell the property. Franck Harris, through Nick, were quick to respond to our request for a viewing, as we were running short of time to find a new place. During the viewing he answered all our questions and additionally gave some advice to secure the property. We followed his advice and had a positive response from the owner within a day. I am thankful for his support and that he really helped us in such a difficult situation to run this smoothly. Keep up the good work!

GoogleWe recently sold our flat in Bloomsbury through Frank Harris (Ian Clark and Trevor Banbury). We initially tried online but had limited interest, and as it has been a slow market (autumn 2018 - winter 2018/19) we were advised to go with an agent who could drum up more viewings and promote our flat to buyers looking in neighbouring areas who might otherwise have missed it (e.g. Clerkenwell, Fitzrovia). We had some insider info that Frank Harris had generated the most sales in the area in the previous 6 months, and they also have offices in the neighbouring areas, so we went with them. They were indeed able to generate more viewings and get us over the line, albeit we dropped the price in order to secure a property we liked elsewhere, and ultimately lost out on that as my buyer's solicitors were very slow. Their fees and lock in period were as good as any other agent with a physical premises. I would recommend if you are local.

GoogleI've been using Frank Harris to find tenants for my flat since 2002. They've always found top rate tenants in double quick time and many have stayed for two or three years. Neil and Ben have just found yet another good tenant for me so I'm looking forward to more of the same. Rob Joyce and his team in the FH management department are very good too, ideal for me, living out of London now, they do a great job looking after the place and sorting out problems without any fuss.

New to renting alone in London and had a really stressful time trying to find a flat with other agents prior - I felt that Frank Harris offered me more guidance and I'm really grateful for all of their help so far.

GoogleI contacted Frank Harris about buying a flat at the beginning of the year. Simon Angell could not have been more helpful or thorough. After arranging numerous viewings for me and a couple of false starts (when vendors decided they did not actually want to sell after all) he found me just what I was looking for and the sale went through. This was down to his hard work and persistence and, while he is of course acting for the vendor, I never felt he had anything but my best interests at heart. I highly recommend him and Frank Harris.

GoogleI've been renting my property through this company for over 10 years now. I love the personal service they give. Even though I live abroad, they are always available by phone and email to help handle any issues. They are efficient, always find new tenants for me and are extremely helpful. I've also appreciated the constancy of their employees as it has allowed me to build long term relationships with their office. They are by far the best letting company I've used in my 20+ years of letting. They really know and seem to care about my flat and maintaining good landlord relationships. I recommend them highly.
