GoogleAs a prospective buyer i was delighted with the service from Frank Harris as a team and Eoin Cahill in particular. Fast and responsive. Took the trouble to identify our needs and eventually succeeded in selling us something very different from that which we had first had in mind.

GoogleI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and sense of betrayal over my recent interaction with your agency. I inquired about viewing a property and was immediately told it was "under a lot of interest," creating pressured urgency. I was then instructed to pay a £252 fee just to secure a viewing. I was explicitly assured this fee was refundable and that it would secure the property for me. After I paid, the terms changed completely. I was informed the fee was not refundable. This is a blatant bait-and-switch. You pressured me into paying under false pretences and have stolen my money. This is not professional practice, it is predatory and deceitful. That £252 represents my time and trust, which you have utterly violated. I will be taking this matter further with the relevant authorities and will ensure others are warned about your tactics. What you have done is, in plain terms, theft.

GoogleWARNING, Owners- Do NOT under any circumstances trust these people with your property, and tenants- do NOT rent a property managed by this agency if you can at all help it. These guys gave us one of the worst years of our lives. From lying about reporting issues to our land lord, to refusing to pay for emergency accommodation when all water was switched off to our apartment. They will prey on renters who they think are desperate to secure a property in the London market. They’ll pressure you to sign leases you’re not comfortable with and don’t understand, in order to lock you in to tenancies they assure you you can get out of if need be. You will never speak to the same agent twice,you will report issues that need fixing, which will go ignored until your apartment is deemed uninhabitable, but they will refuse to compensate you for this. If we were planning to settle in the UK we would’ve sued these guys, but found it easier to walk away and never have dealings with them again. Be very very careful if renting from these utter sharks.

GoogleI ran into a really stressful complication towards the end of my rental with Frank Harris, and Phoebe W. was there for me from start to finish. She was kind, immensely patient, and constantly reassured me, even when things got tense. I truly felt like she had my back and did everything she could to protect my interests until the issue was solved. I'm genuinely thankful for her support and I highly recommend her

GoogleOutstanding duty of care from Salvator at Frank Harris, I’d give an extra star if I could. What stood out most was his patience and professionalism, especially as I have a speech impediment. He took the time to listen, provided detailed and in-depth information about the properties and costs, and went far beyond the surface-level explanations I’ve had elsewhere. He came across as highly experienced, and when someone excels so clearly in their craft, it truly deserves to be recognised.

GoogleI have been working with Frank Harris for several years now and have always found the team friendly, helpful and approachable. I have had direct contact and support with my properties from Salvator, I hope I have the spelling right, whose special skill was making sure my cat did not escape or get trapped in cupboards during viewings 😅 I have also worked closely with Ronni and Denny, who have both been great. All the staff are welcoming and professional, which has made the experience consistently positive. Thanks guys
