On August 22nd 2018 we moved in to the second flat we have rented through Frank Harris & Co. On both occasions the team have been friendly and helpful and made it a smooth and easy process. In particular with the recent tenancy, our agent Julius Blake has been fantastic at keeping us up to date through the process. Julius made sure that the property was brought to a good standard before we moved in and all of our requests were dealt with exactly on time and to schedule. Great experience!

Very bad experience with this agency. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, neither landlords, and especially not to tenants. Before we moved in the house, we agreed at a (ridiculously high) agency fee, and the day we went to their agency to sign the contract, we were informed that the agency fee that we agreed on, did not include VAT... So they were about to charge us 20% more. At least, the owner was there who was a logical man, and for my good luck, I had print all the e-mails that we had exchanged. After we moved out from the house, there was a dispute about the deposit. Because it was so difficult to communicate with Michelle Gambier over the phone, we decided to go to their office at 17:30 on Friday (they were still open, operating as usual). When we arrived, we asked for Michelle Gambier, and a lady went downstairs to tell her that we were looking for her... but the reply was that Michelle Gambier was not there (assuming that the lady who went downstairs did not know that Michelle Gambier had left from the office ... ). When we were about to leave, waiting at the bus station outside of the agency, we saw Michelle Gambier going to the supermarket to buy a pint of milk ... So unprofessional ... P.S. I have to admit that all the people who joined the company in the last 1 year or so (the people who sit at the entrance) are very friendly and helpful.

I have been a tenant with City Docklands for almost 5 years and they have looked after my flatmates and I very well.
