I have been dealing with Simon at Frank Harris regarding the sale of my flat. He has consistently gone above and beyond what could be expected to make the process as smooth and simple as possible. Simon and the team have been professional, courteous and supportive throughout the process and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I've had an extremely positive experience with Frank Harris - agents are helpful and specifically Teneal who was friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues I had. New to renting alone in London and had a really stressful time trying to find a flat with other agents prior - I felt that Frank Harris offered me more guidance and I'm really grateful for all of their help so far.

Nick helped us to find the perfect flat for our budget. The flat fit all of our criteria and he helped us to communicate with the landlord in order to secure the rent as fast as possible. Nick is very responsive and helpful with regard to any concerns we have.

I contacted Frank Harris about buying a flat at the beginning of the year. Simon Angell could not have been more helpful or thorough. After arranging numerous viewings for me and a couple of false starts (when vendors decided they did not actually want to sell after all) he found me just what I was looking for and the sale went through. This was down to his hard work and persistence and, while he is of course acting for the vendor, I never felt he had anything but my best interests at heart. I highly recommend him and Frank Harris.

I have used Frank Harris to rent out our flat near Waterloo for about 12 years. They do a great job and keep in touch with any issues, as well as understanding the rental market so that the flat is rented out with good tenants. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Nick, would highly recommend. I worked with Nick to find a flat around Waterloo and had a very positive experience: Nick went the extra mile several times to make sure that everything concerning the flat was taken care of (incl chasing several people to ensure the flat was in top condition before our move in). In general, Nick is really professional, responds very quickly and ensures that your interests are defended. If you need a professional real estate agent who's on top of things and who solves every issue (no matter how small it may be) efficiently, then I would highly recommend to go for Frank Harris Southbank and work with Nick - would love to work with him again if I need another flat!

We have recently sold our property in Waterloo through Frank Harris and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Certainly a 5 star company! A huge thank you to Simon and Ashley for all their kind help and support throughout the sale process. They really went the extra mile, as we live abroad they dealt with certain elements on our behalf which went beyond their obligations. I've been renting my property through this company for over 10 years now. I love the personal service they give. Even though I live abroad, they are always available by phone and email to help handle any issues. They are efficient, always find new tenants for me and are extremely helpful. I've also appreciated the constancy of their employees as it has allowed me to build long term relationships with their office. They are by far the best letting company I've used in my 20+ years of letting. They really know and seem to care about my flat and maintaining good landlord relationships. I recommend them highly.

We recently sold our flat in Bloomsbury through Frank Harris (Ian Clark and Trevor Banbury). We initially tried online but had limited interest, and as it has been a slow market (autumn 2018 - winter 2018/19) we were advised to go with an agent who could drum up more viewings and promote our flat to buyers looking in neighbouring areas who might otherwise have missed it (e.g. Clerkenwell, Fitzrovia). We had some insider info that Frank Harris had generated the most sales in the area in the previous 6 months, and they also have offices in the neighbouring areas, so we went with them. They were indeed able to generate more viewings and get us over the line, albeit we dropped the price in order to secure a property we liked elsewhere, and ultimately lost out on that as my buyer's solicitors were very slow. Their fees and lock in period were as good as any other agent with a physical premises. I would recommend if you are local.

Frank Harris have managed the rental of our flat for the last seven years, and have done an excellent job.They have found tenants who have looked after the flat as if it were their own. Any problems arising with the flat have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Rob has always been helpful and easy to liaise with. I would highly recommend their management service.
