We've worked with Nicole to find a new flat and she was absolutely brilliant. Nicole arranged for us to view the flat we liked really quickly, at a time that was convenient to us. While we viewed the apartment, she answered all of our questions and made really helpful suggestions. Once we made up our minds about the apartment she kept us updated throughout the approvals process and answered all of our additional questions (from what size mattress we should get, through to allowing us to visit the flat again so that we can decide on what furnishings we should buy). I have used Frank Harris once before to find me a flat and found them to be professional throughout. It was for this reason that I opted to use them again when I needed to relocate to South Bank. My expectations then were understandably high this time around. I was very surprised therefore to find my expectations not just met but exceeded. In spades. Nicole (Forgive me but I can't recall her surname) was a real pleasure to work with from the start. Highly professional yet friendly, knowledgeable of the local area, patient and seemed genuinely concerned with finding me exactly what I was looking for, explaning the process and asking me relevant questions but without bombarding me. She found me exactly what I was looking for almost immediately and although the viewing was online it seemed no trouble at all for her to put up with my lack of IT skills and virtually walked me through the walk through. A thoroughly straightforward and, dare I say, enjoyable experience from start to finish. I couldn't recommend Nicole highly enough, she's a genuine asset to your company. I spoke to Lucia Giurini today in the lettings department as I needed to obtain a previous landlord reference (I run a referencing business), she was extremely helpful. There was a problem with the telephone line and she went out of her way to help me by calling me back from her personal phone and then solving my problem. If this is the sort of service she provides for a non-fee paying customer it shows that service is extremely important to her and the company. Really impressed.
