We arranged a viewing and was met & greeted by Catherine who was bang on time at the property, very helpful person. Afterwards there was no pushy follow up and we made an offer. I used Frank Harris for finding a flat at Barbican twice over the span of two years, and their service has been always great and responsive. After Rob Sayers' departure, Charlotte in particular helped me with the new house finding this time, and she was attentive and responsive re: paper work and the process and helped me correct the issue, which was a huge help for me as I was juggling multiple things alone (work, business, family, etc.) at the same time while looking for a new flat + a house move (although, I managed to find my own movers) in the midst of the pandemic. Jay Smith also helped me with the move-out paper work and he has been very responsive and went above and beyond to sort out the deposit transaction (coming to an agreement with the landlord) after my move.
