GoogleRecently rented a property through them and found the whole process to be smooth and hazzle-free. Extremely proffessional service; Thanks to Kellan, Alex, Louis and George. They were very patient and efficiently helped me find a suitable place and expedited the move in process within a short span. They do have a property management team to help you after you move in. Anuj was very kind and clear in communication. Overall, had a very professional experience so far and I am looking forward to their service during the rest of my tenancy.

GoogleI had a very good experience with Frank Harris company, I have met Kellan Sherratt there, and he was extremely helpful and friendly, he was doing his best to make me get what I exactly want. Also, I have met Alex who was showing a professional and a welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, I didn't get my apartment through them, but of course, I would love to deal with this company again.

Even before listings had hit the market, Louis would reach out to me to let me know about potential listings that fit my criteria. GoogleTo be honest, I have never expect myself to encounter a local tenancy company this kind and professional for my first renting experience in London. They are really nice and the service is always good and timely. Especially Rebekah Hunter, the Senior Property Manager. She helped me a lot during the tenancy, including all the payment records and house maintenance issues. Also, a huge thank to Alex who helped me pay the rent and contact his colleagues to help my accommodation problems.

GoogleI have just completed the purchase of a flat for whom Frank Harris were the vendor's agents. I dealt with William Gladstone New and he could not have been more helpful. As I had had a bad previous experience in purchasing a flat, I was very keen to exchange and complete as soon as possible and he did everything possible to facilitate this, acting as a go-between between all involved and helping to achieve a happy conclusion. Kellan S. absolutely exceeded any of my expectations when it came to helping me: see multiple properties so quickly, staying in consistent and constant contact, and going above and beyond with his support. Even if there were out of our control circumstances, he remained helpful and loyal to see his job through and help me find a flat successfully.
