I have only praise for the Frank Harris City Office and in particular Magnus Skullerud who patiently showed us potential properties to purchase. At no time did we feel pressured but his low key perseverance resulted in us finding a property that suited our needs. Magnus was an excellent communicator and kept in contact throughout the sale process ensuring that both parties were aware of issues or otherwise. Our sale of a Barbican flat was convoluted because we were overseas much of the time, not helped by being in a very different time zone. Our selling agent, Magnus Skullerud made sure things worked at every stage from finding a client through working with the lawyer involved in the sale. We were not versed in the complexities of a UK sales process and he steered us through successfully. When he was not available, Tina Evans served as backup. I recently worked with Frank Harris & Co., and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. This agent was extremely unprofessional in their behavior and lacked basic customer service skills. They showed a complete disregard for both customers and tenants, making the whole process very stressful. Communication was also a major issue, as they were slow in addressing important issues and lacked follow-through on commitments. I would not recommend this real estate agent to anyone due to their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for those they are serving. Avoid at any cost, especially if you are trying to rent through them; it will be a nightmare to get any help while they will charge you more than anyone.
