GoogleIt was a half-service experience. Everything was good before we pay. All the problems that we had after, they didn't care. They can call us 3 times a day when they need to get paid. But when we need their help, we call 3 times a week and keep waiting for weeks.

GoogleI’m so so appreciate @Romario! I can’t believe I’m so foolish just forgot my keys in home and lock myself outside at 5pm Saturday! I ran to Frank Harris, thanks god @Romario was here! He helped me to reach out others to get the key even my apartment is not under him. He is so responsible and kind! Frank Harris is a really good agency! I did this silly things twice! Frank Harris helped me twice! I swear I will be more careful 😂 to make sure Frank Harris ‘s manager can able to have a lovely weekend and get off earlier! Thanks so much for @Romario’s help again!
