Terrible experience. Have left our flat over 3 months ago and we are still completely in the dark about our deposit of over 3 grand. Not even replying to emails anymore and have given us zero information about why things are taking long. Will probably reply to this saying it’s the landlord’s responsibility but as a letting agency you would expect to have the minimum amount of decency to treat tenants with some respect. The agents never reply unless you write to their manager. So glad this lease is over.

I barely answered one question about my budget, and they cut the call, without even bothering to ask anything else or see if they could direct me elsewhere.
