GoogleI recently had the pleasure of viewing a property with Joe O'Regan, even though my lease isn't up until September. I was just exploring my options and looking for a better price in the area. Joe was incredibly welcoming and professional, he made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I never once felt pressured or judged for simply looking around early. I look forward to renting a property with them once September comes!

Once the property is on the market, many viewings were arranged and got a buyer quickly. Very responsive and approachable, always ready to offer helpful advice and support promptly. Very responsible, closely monitored and followed up proactively and effectively during the sales process. Very reliable and trustworthy. In what what was a tricky transaction he managed to help push the transaction to exchange efficiently. Without him and Tina’s assistance, the deal may have fallen through quite easily
