They asked u to pay “ holding deposit “ first to hold flat . They have been showing flat to other clients with ur offer as plan b for several weeks hostage ur payment ghosting me, other agents , once “ holding deposit “ paid . They stop viewing . Do not ever pay or give ur card info to this agent never ever first . Ur payment will be hostage and they will keep accepting viewing to check is there better offer . Scammer

Inevitably over the years there have been problems which have always been expertly resolved. I was attempting to guarantee a tenancy with this firm. Although the firm themselves were perfectly friendly, they have outsourced their referencing/income verification etc to a 3rd party firm LetAlliance, who were next to useless. This lets Frank Harris down, and the fact that it is an outsourced part of their service is really no excuse...

We had a viewing with Joe O’Regan today, what a star he was, me and my partner was originally booked in for a viewing and unfortunately that one had gone by the time we was viewing it, Joe quickly found us a similar property to view the same day.

I would not recommend this letting agency based on my experience as a tenant. Throughout my tenancy, I found communication to be slow and, at times, obstructive. Maintenance issues were not addressed within a reasonable timeframe, with some taking several months to resolve. On multiple occasions during the winter period, I was left without heating or hot water, which caused significant inconvenience. As I am now leaving the property, I have also experienced attempts to apply charges that I believe are not in line with current regulations. Overall, I found the service to fall below expected professional standards, particularly in relation to responsiveness, maintenance, and tenant support

Had a great experience letting an apartment with Joe O'Regan yesterday! The viewing was excellent and he was able to answer all the questions I had about the apartment. We decided to rent the property and he has been really helpful in getting all of our documents sorted within a day of viewing the flat!
