GoogleJoe and Denny were always extremely polite and pleasant in all our dealings with them and ensured that our flat in SE1 5HN was rented very quickly. They helped us to obtain the flat’s Electrical Safety Certificate and also were available to answer queries we had about the contract and Landlord’s Licence with Southwark Council. We highly recommend them and Frank Harris.

GoogleI recently was helped by Frank Harris to move into a property and I cannot rate the service enough. Denny - Denny showed us around the property and was available to answer any questions we had, at any time. He remained constantly in contact throughout the process, and was patient when working around our work commitments. I am confident that we wouldn't be in our lovely flat if it wasn't for his help. Ronni - Ronni took over the process in the lead up to the move in. His level of customer care was exceptional. Even when we had difficulty with getting the keys on the weekend, he waited in the office, hours past his work hours, to make sure he was there to sort the issue. Moving is stressful but Ronni went above and beyond to make sure we were settled in the flat when we needed to be. Thanks to both Denny and Ronni, I will be going back to Frank Harris if I ever need to move again.

GoogleSo far I've had a really good experience with Frank Harris. Paticularly Bailey Strutton who has been assisting me as we have been having repair works done on the property we rent. Bailey's been super helpful, constantly communicating with me and checking in via phone and email daily throughout the whole process. Once she took over my case it was sorted quickly and efficiently so we can't thank her enough!

He was very proactive, communicative, and understanding in his approach to our rental search. We had a unique housing situation where we needed to expedite processing of our tenancy application for an early move-in and Freddie stayed on top of the process providing us frequent updates throughout.
