GoogleWhile I didn’t end up going through with the property in the end, Zak was helpful and patient throughout. He was efficient but not pushy and overall it felt he was managing the demands of both tennant and landlord well. Will be using Frank Harris Waterloo in the future if I rent in the area again.

GoogleMe and my flatmates had a really great experience at securing a 3-bedroom flat which was possible with the help of Zak! He has been incredibly supportive throughout the process which made it much more easier to understand everything. Nicole Pretorius leads an excellent team, understanding the needs of both a tenant and a landlord, and matching them well. Nicole, Zak and Adeel were responsive and helpful throughout, communicating well at all times. I would certainly recommend Nicole and her team.
