GoogleUnhelpful and quite rude. I was passed on their number by a prospective tenant as a reference. Not an unusual request, and a service respectable agents will offer for previous good clients, It’s only a few moments of their time. However they slammed the phone down on me twice. Not my sort of people to do business with…

GoogleDilan was excellent throughout the process of us signing for a flat, start to finish. His communication was clear and speedy and enthusiastic. He was proactive in terms of advocating for our interests with the landlord and helping us find the right deal that satisfied both parties and helped us secure our dream flat.
5/5
GoogleDilan helped me and my flatmates find and secure our perfect apartment. He was communicative throughout the process, advocated for us and our requests to the landlords, and helped us negotiate terms in the contract. All in all exemplary!

GoogleAlthough we didn’t end up letting through Frank Harris, we wanted to take the time to thank Dilan in particular for his help. He only showed us options that suited our needs and were in line with our discussions, was always accommodating with viewings, and never pushy. Dilan went the extra mile and his approach was refreshing compared to many other letting agents. We’d happily recommend him and the Frank Harris team to anyone looking to rent. All the best - Xavier and Sophia

GoogleAs a professional family with two young children, we expected a safe and clean home. Instead, we moved into an unclean property (see photo), with mold on ceilings, pests, and broken fixtures and months later many issues are still unresolved despite repeated emails and visits.
