[On my birthday!] That’s pretty good going. Brochure was top quality, perfect images and plans by Rob. Communicated details of the sale 100% perfect. GoogleFisher German sold my mother-in-law's property mid-way through the pandemic and were just excellent. She was downsizing from the home she had been living in for 20+ years therefore it was an emotional move. Fisher German handled the whole process so professionally and delicately, she was purchasing via another agent who was just so disinterested. Fisher German's support, guidance and general care throughout was second to none. Highly recommend their service and have been spreading the word ever since!

GoogleWe bought a house through Fisher German earlier in the year. All dealings with them throughout the buying process were first class. I can safely say that if it hadn't been Ellie's patience and perseverance in helping to push the purchase through we wouldn't have made the June stamp duty deadline. We really appreciated Ellie's hard work and professionalism, she is a great asset to your business. I would have no hesitation in using Fisher German's services in future.

GoogleComplete waste of time and a pain to deal with. It was my third run with Fisher and German, and every one of them is a pain one has to prepare themselves to go through. Not responding to phone calls and emails. Long waiting time to see a property (1-2 weeks). Every time, I was able to find a much better property through other agencies between the time it took me to book a meeting and attend it. So, effectively, when Im going through properties to rent, if something is with F&G for me it means its unrentable.

GoogleI rented a property from Fisher German (they were "Halls" initially) for about 3-4 years, and can honestly say they are the worst estate agents I have ever had to deal with. We experienced a large water leak at one point from the property above us, and were told that the walls would be repaired and repainted within a few months, and absolutely nothing was done in the 2 years we remained there. We also made them aware of mould issues in the bathroom of the property, and nothing was done about this either despite their assurances. I moved out of the property in October 2018, and despite requesting the deposit on the day I moved out, I have yet to receive it back (it is currently nearly March 2019). They have stopped responding to my emails at this point and seem to now be avoiding me altogether. As this is representative of the customer service I received while I was actually living in the property, I'm not sure why I was expecting any different. If you are a property owner/landlord looking for a managing agent for a property, I sincerely recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. Go with a company that actually cares about the people living in your property and aren't just looking to take money from them. I'm sure they look reasonable at first, and will be happy to take your business, but they'll literally stop caring at that point. Avoid them, and take your business elsewhere. You'll thank me later. And if you are looking for a property to rent, go with literally anybody else. Avoid Fisher German at all costs. Even if it happens to be your dream home, seriously, just avoid them and live somewhere else. You'll thank me later.

GoogleTo make all the decisions associated with moving house one naturally wishes to collect all the info possible. Early in the search it's not directly in the interest of any agent to take the time out of their busy schedule to go through various properties in various areas discussing the trends/schools/geography etc... I approached Halls seeking some insight into the local market, the areas to look at and those to 'ignore' - at least in the context of my own circumstances/preferences. Despite the lack of immediate incentive they were beyond helpful! Having had several experiences quite different to this one (one of which was just across the road) I wanted to share, and thank those at Halls for adding some much needed objective positivity into our initial steps in the search. While I can't promise that the house that chooses us will have a Halls board outside - I will be happy to find it does!
