GoogleIt was a lengthy process purchasing our new home through Fisher German but incredibly well supported by the team in the Worcester office. From our initial enquiry, negotiation on price, a few issues along the way but then through to finally completing they were helpful, professional and friendly. GoogleI’ve recently moved into a property through Fisher German and could not fault them at all. From the moment I viewed the property the lady who showed me was so friendly, attentive and welcoming. I’d recently gone through a breakup and when I got the call to say I’d been accepted I was over the moon. Rachel who dealt with my application was incredible! We hit a couple of barriers but she was so supportive and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother and personable approach! She made this happen for me and I couldn’t be more thankful. Anyone thinking using Fisher German as tenant or a landlord I can promise you’ll get a 10/10 service.

I appointed Fisher German as joint agents to sell my commercial property for sale, full credit they found me a buyer , however through out the whole transaction I felt my agents were batting for the buyer rather than me(especially as I am paying them a commission to sell my property) to the point under duress I was asked to pay legal fees which buyer should have paid as they were not happy with tennancy agreement. The tennancy agreement had worked fine for me for several years, I agreed on the basis only if completion took place by specific date! This did not happen and inspite of a delay of 20 days I was made to feel I was being unreasonable by Fisher German. They were supposed to be my agents and I am paying for their services instead all along I felt they were batting for the other team MY VIEW WAS CONFIRMED AS THEY ARE NOW ACTING FOR BUYERS! An obvious conflict of interest if this had been agreed prior to my sale being completed!

GoogleFisher German were fantastic all the way through the procedure. Jo McElevey came to do the valuation and gave me some really helpful tips to help sell my home. They were ultimate professionals all the way through from showing would be buyers around the house to dealing with the paperwork after the sale. Jo was spot on with the pricing and kept me informed throughout. I would defintely recommend them and if I were to ever move again, they would be the agents I would use.

GoogleMy fiancé and I have just completed on a house in Bramhall. This is an old house that needed multiple surveys and reports from various different surveyors and engineers. This, along with various other difficulties meant the sale as taken over seven months to complete. FisherGerman have been excellent. Demi has been the perfect estate agent to guide us through this very confusing and stressful process. She was able to guide us through each step and often ended up explaining the meaning of lots of the reports we'd be sent! She liaised with both sets of solicitors, the sellers, neighbours, and accommodated all the surveyors frequently, with a smile and always demonstrated flexibility. She even met us on her days off if we wanted to see the house or show it to family members. In the end she felt so invested she gave us the keys on her day off! We cannot recommend FisherGerman, and Demi enough. Thank you so much. Rooz and Jenny.

GoogleMoving house is immensely stressful but I can say that Fisher German took all the stress out of this for me. Very professional, going the extra mile to make sure I knew what what happening, why and when, taking the initiative by foreseeing issues with the sale, managing my expectations and supporting me and the purchaser through them. A truly exceptional and professional firm that i can not recommend highly enough. If you're selling a rural property there is no one else i would turn to.

GoogleAbsolutely knock-out! By chance we chose Fisher German in response to a flier through the door. It turned out to be the best decision we had made in the whole house selling episode. Daniel Heyhurst and Demi Wilner were (are!) wonderful. Communication was tip top and that's everything. From the start they kept closely in touch and guided us through each stage. When they said something would happen, it did and quickly - their responsivity was excellent. They negotiated all kinds of sensitive and difficult issues with the house sale resulting in an excellent outcome for us. They managed all viewings for us entirely and this was done with great professionalism and reliability. We encountered several anxious moments and throughout each one their counsel was informative, accurate and reassuring. Mainly they were "sensible" and realistic about pricing , presentation and marketing etc. These guys are totally professional in their delivery but not stuffy or sycophantic. To say they went the extra mile is an understatement - they went to the moon and back for us. In my adult life time I have had to move and sell/buy a new home many times. I have never encountered an estate agent like Fisher German - intelligent, savvy, friendly and extremely committed and hard working. Ours was not a straightforward chain and they took so much stress from us and undertook much cross party communication when nailing exchange/completion dates, and all that goes with that, came around. Demi even found us a (wonderful!) place to rent for just the final week when we needed to stagger completion dates across different members of the chain. If you read this review and feel it is beyond belief - no it isn't. Nowadays one rarely finds the kind of service and support that we received from Daniel and Demi at Fisher German. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are top of my list for any estate agent services I might ever need in the future. Many thanks indeed to Dan, Demi and all their team.

GoogleWe would like to say how impressed we were with Fisher German's very professional and thorough approach in the handling of the marketing and sale of both our houses. Unfortunately, 1 was not sold despite 2 accepted offers, which were later withdrawn due to complications with planning, but we feel that Fisher German could not have been more helpful and supportive, and of course 1 property was successfully concluded. We have bought and sold numerous properties in the past and have nothing but praise for the handling of our business in this instance.
