From the start to finish Fisher German have been brilliant in their professionalism, follow up conversations after viewings and advice. We met with Jo McEveley and then Layla Butterworth, also a colleague that would cover at weekends if required who came to meet with us to understand the property for any viewings, which we were most impressed with attention to detail. In the office Lori Varley dealt with everything thoroughly, again with great care and professionalism. We only wish we had started with Fisher German in the first place. Well done team and thank you

Tried to arrange a viewing on a property was told that the only possible day was tomorrow 10am - 11am however, I am in hospital and was simply told well looks like I can't view the property then. Not a great a attitude to have and hardly making it fair only having one slot for an hour then following day which is already short notice.

We have been trying to obtain a wayleave for a fibre line to our church. Fisher German were drawing up the document on behalf of Wetherspoons who are our landlord. This began in March 2026. We are now 5 months later and no progress has been made. Phone calls and emails are ignored. On 1st July 2026 we paid £1800 to Fisher German for drawing up the wayleave documentation. Nothing has happened since. Once again emails are ignored and no updates given. I certainly don't recommend Fisher German. It feels as if we have been kicked into the long grass because we're a church and don't matter much.

During our purchase we had certain problems with the sale but lori was always available to to help and advise. She always replied to messages in a professional and polite manner. House moves are always stressful especially when you are older but we always knew she was only a phone call away which certainly helped us to navigate our way through it.

A very professional team. Friendly and helpful staff always going above and beyond through every stage of the selling process. Mike came out for Valuation and was extremely knowledgeable of the surrounding areas etc. Corinne handled all viewings so took time with me to see the property though my eyes. Sue was my point of contact and nothing was too much trouble. Sad circumstances for this sale and she remained kind and empathetic to the end and beyond. I would recommend this Company to anyone.

GoogleWe used Fisher German after failing to sell our house with two previous estate agents. Clearly some of that failure is in the state of the housing market and the buyers that came forward, but ultimately Fisher German got the sale over the line. The staff were always helpful and courteous, and kept us in the loop with what was happening. I'd very happily use them again in the future.
