A very professional team

A very professional team. Friendly and helpful staff always going above and beyond through every stage of the selling process. Mike came out for Valuation and was extremely knowledgeable of the surrounding areas etc. Corinne handled all viewings so took time with me to see the property though my eyes. Sue was my point of contact and nothing was too much trouble. Sad circumstances for this sale and she remained kind and empathetic to the end and beyond. I would recommend this Company to anyone.

Unbelievably bad service

We have been trying to obtain a wayleave for a fibre line to our church. Fisher German were drawing up the document on behalf of Wetherspoons who are our landlord. This began in March 2026. We are now 5 months later and no progress has been made. Phone calls and emails are ignored. On 1st July 2026 we paid £1800 to Fisher German for drawing up the wayleave documentation. Nothing has happened since. Once again emails are ignored and no updates given. I certainly don't recommend Fisher German. It feels as if we have been kicked into the long grass because we're a church and don't matter much.

I would advise tenants not to rent a property from Fisher German and would advise landlords not to let a property with them. We were promised our new home would be clean for us to move into and this was far from the case. Since them we have been ignored and told that they would not undertake any further cleaning despite us providing photos and urine on the walls with pet hair stuck in it! We also reported a maintenance issue a week ago with the smell of sewage in home and have again been ignored. We have been truly disappointed with what we thought would be a professional service.

Clearly some of that failure is in the state of the housing market and the buyers that came forward, but ultimately Fisher German got the sale over the line. Joke shop..shafted for deposit. Dont care about tenants. Only care for themselves and the money theyre making. Also good luck if you go to TDS dispute with them over a deposit. Even though I agreed with thee guys how to split it with a official document from themselves it still went to a disputed and shafted myself. Tds who they use completely ignored the offical letter and was in the agents favour. Dont rent from these they'll do whatever they can to keep the deposit and Tds are just as bad.

I am copying in a paragraph from my email to Fisher German ' With the exception of yourself Lori, we have found the communication with Fisher German to be abrupt, unprofessional and verging on rude when compared to other estate agents that we have dealt with. We are a couple in our 60's and 70's and can't be bothered to deal with people who are pressurising us for their own agenda'. Needless to say we have received no reply or acknowledgement of our email, which we know was received as the property is now back on the market.

Ignorant liars.

Absolute liars who allowed a compound to be put next to my home without even consulting with us. My daughters school bus had no access to turn around and she ended up having to walk to the end of the road (1Km) in the rain. When confronted their staff by phone they even lied about the hours the compound would be used. Fortunately the contractor using th ecompound was delightful and also upset with these idiots for being unfair and ignorant to us.
