TrustpilotUNFAIR, UNRESPONSIVE COMPANY
I registered with the comapny 5 years to be informed when local units became available, They never bothered to answer any communications. A unit became available and they never informed me despite promising first viewing. I put an immediate offer in which they ignored for a week. I complained and was told not to worry that no offer had been accepted yet. I then receieved an email saying the unit had now gone!!!

We viewed a property (spondon, derby) 3.5 weeks ago.Asked for an application 3 times, left 4 voicemails, made over 10 calls to rebecca (Ashby branch).We got 0 response. Made the 1st complaint.We got 0 response. Made a 2nd complaint. We got 0 response. Left voicemails on Rebecca’s phone and the managers phone at Ashby. 0 response. No one has got back to me or my partner Joshua and Chantelle throughout the entire time. The rent has also been reduced during this time. We were willing to pay the full price. We are going to visit the landlord since they live on the plot and tell him/them what has happened. They will see this complaint and do nothing about it… It is appalling. I feel sorry for the landlords.

Never in 13 years if business have we been spoken to as we have today by Charmaine Parker of the Doncaster office! Absolutely the rudest, most disrespectful person we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We rent multiple commercial properties and are landlords ourselves, yet when raising an issue with her we were basically told 'tough, sort it yourself'.When speaking with our Managing Directors, they could not get a word in, and every time we tried to have a conversation, we were shut down by this extremely rude person. Each time we tried to get a point across we were dismissed, it is unacceptable in every way.Fisher German you should be ashamed to associate yourselves with such disgraceful customer service. We will be raising a formal complaint and also advising landlords just what kind of service they are paying for. Absolutely disgusting service, which is not acceptable in any way for a professional company.

Unbelievable. Pay £4k a month and had my entire weekend ruined by a shooting party that turned up, no notice from the agents, and ran amok around the property. Dogs and humans going to the toilet wherever and regardless of the fact it was our garden. Surely someone from the agency should have warned us. We couldn’t get our 10 year old from his chorister session as they had blocked us in. Nasty entitled individuals who Don’t care anbout anything but themselves and that goes for the agents too.

I appointed Fisher German as joint agents to sell my commercial property for sale, full credit they found me a buyer , however through out the whole transaction I felt my agents were batting for the buyer rather than me(especially as I am paying them a commission to sell my property) to the point under duress I was asked to pay legal fees which buyer should have paid as they were not happy with tennancy agreement. The tennancy agreement had worked fine for me for several years, I agreed on the basis only if completion took place by specific date! This did not happen and inspite of a delay of 20 days I was made to feel I was being unreasonable by Fisher German.

GoogleI’ve recently moved into a property through Fisher German and could not fault them at all. From the moment I viewed the property the lady who showed me was so friendly, attentive and welcoming. I’d recently gone through a breakup and when I got the call to say I’d been accepted I was over the moon. Rachel who dealt with my application was incredible! We hit a couple of barriers but she was so supportive and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother and personable approach! She made this happen for me and I couldn’t be more thankful. Anyone thinking using Fisher German as tenant or a landlord I can promise you’ll get a 10/10 service.

GoogleFisher German were fantastic all the way through the procedure. Jo McElevey came to do the valuation and gave me some really helpful tips to help sell my home. They were ultimate professionals all the way through from showing would be buyers around the house to dealing with the paperwork after the sale. Jo was spot on with the pricing and kept me informed throughout. I would defintely recommend them and if I were to ever move again, they would be the agents I would use.

I do not recommend using Fisher German. If I ever need a new premises and Fisher German is the estate agency running it, I will not proceed with it. The experience started with Christian Prince, who was late to our first viewing, seemed moody, and couldn’t answer any of our questions.

FG administered an industrial unit i leased for 15 years, whilst the site visiting staff were pleasant, returning my deposit after exit was extremely painful.

GoogleWe received a first class service from Fisher German supporting the recent sale of our property in Worcestershire. From initial recommendations, to brochure and photography, to the manner in which the whole process was handled, everything was super professional! Of particular note was the support given to us by Ellie Lockwood who managed the interactions with other sellers and solicitors in the chain; nothing was too much trouble and she gave us fantastic support despite selling at one of the busiest times in history! All the staff we dealt with were equally helpful and efficient. We thoroughly recommend Fisher German Worcester.

GoogleWe bought a house through Fisher German earlier in the year. All dealings with them throughout the buying process were first class. I can safely say that if it hadn't been Ellie's patience and perseverance in helping to push the purchase through we wouldn't have made the June stamp duty deadline. We really appreciated Ellie's hard work and professionalism, she is a great asset to your business. I would have no hesitation in using Fisher German's services in future.

GoogleFisher German sold my mother-in-law's property mid-way through the pandemic and were just excellent. She was downsizing from the home she had been living in for 20+ years therefore it was an emotional move. Fisher German handled the whole process so professionally and delicately, she was purchasing via another agent who was just so disinterested. Fisher German's support, guidance and general care throughout was second to none. Highly recommend their service and have been spreading the word ever since!

GoogleThis company is rude and unprofessional. I have rented many houses from many companies and they are usually very eager to assist a potential client. Not so, in the case of this place. They can’t even be bothered to reply to enquires, citing Covid as the convenient reason why, yet other companies have been happy to provide a virtual tour of properties online. I would not like to be in the position of being a tenant of theirs having to report a problem, that’s all I can say.

GoogleComplete waste of time and a pain to deal with. It was my third run with Fisher and German, and every one of them is a pain one has to prepare themselves to go through. Not responding to phone calls and emails. Long waiting time to see a property (1-2 weeks). Every time, I was able to find a much better property through other agencies between the time it took me to book a meeting and attend it. So, effectively, when Im going through properties to rent, if something is with F&G for me it means its unrentable.

GooglePhoned last week about a potential viewing they dropped on me with two days notice obviously like most ppl that work i cant just randomly take days off. When offered to view on a weekend or following week found them unhelpful and disinterested. Basically we've got enough ppl interested in this property we couldn't care a toss if you can view it or not.. Not a great way to treat customers.

The worse estate agent I have ever dealt with, rented a house for a decade and in the beginning they were fine. But then staff come and go, repairs take months to complete, the attitude of the so called partners stinks.
