The worse estate agent I have ever dealt with, rented a house for a decade and in the beginning they were fine. But then staff come and go, repairs take months to complete, the attitude of the so called partners stinks.

GooglePhoned last week about a potential viewing they dropped on me with two days notice obviously like most ppl that work i cant just randomly take days off. When offered to view on a weekend or following week found them unhelpful and disinterested. Basically we've got enough ppl interested in this property we couldn't care a toss if you can view it or not.. Not a great way to treat customers.

Worcester office phoned a few times now. Each time they are arrogant, cold and un-accommodating. Appear to significantly overprice property and are out of touch. Their staff remind me of a well known, soon to be ex political party.

GoogleTo make all the decisions associated with moving house one naturally wishes to collect all the info possible. Early in the search it's not directly in the interest of any agent to take the time out of their busy schedule to go through various properties in various areas discussing the trends/schools/geography etc... I approached Halls seeking some insight into the local market, the areas to look at and those to 'ignore' - at least in the context of my own circumstances/preferences. Despite the lack of immediate incentive they were beyond helpful! Having had several experiences quite different to this one (one of which was just across the road) I wanted to share, and thank those at Halls for adding some much needed objective positivity into our initial steps in the search. While I can't promise that the house that chooses us will have a Halls board outside - I will be happy to find it does!

The whole process from initial contact with a Partner, the offer, producing the brochure, showing the property, handling the offers, offer selection, due diligence of the buyer, comms during the legal process right thru to completion....flawless!

GoogleWe put our house on the market on a Friday, 12 viewings over the weekend and five offers on the Monday, with a queue to view of disappointed people. Managed over the asking price and completed some 11 and a bit weeks later. Jo, Molly and Ella in particular were helpful and supportive throughout. Thank you.

Initial consultation was good, then was just led down a garden path, never any intention of moving forwards with proposal and communication was horrendous. Genuinely would avoid at all costs, awful.

GoogleAppalling company. If you are renting anywhere residential or commercial, make sure Fisher German aren’t the managing agents, if they are, look for somewhere else. They don’t communicate with the landlord about any issues, and they refer to nasty bullying tactics. Very poor company.

GoogleThe staff at Fisher German say they will call back, but do not, They state repairs will be done, but all you get is a tradesman round to quote. ive had 3 quotes in 6 months and still waiting. Totally unprofesional company.

Horrendous company, they will block you're interest in a rental at every move and try to get you to rent higher priced locations siting problems with change of use etc. Baffling and disgusting behaviour.
