Helen has been amazing throughout our entire journey. From our first interaction to completion, she was always on hand to help, answer questions, and deal with any issues quickly and professionally. What stood out most was her communication. Even when she couldn't respond immediately, she always kept us informed, which gave us real peace of mind. She made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We are incredibly grateful for all of Helen's hard work and support, especially as she continued to assist us even while on holiday. If you're looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for their clients, Helen is the person to choose.

A very professional team

A very professional team. Friendly and helpful staff always going above and beyond through every stage of the selling process. Mike came out for Valuation and was extremely knowledgeable of the surrounding areas etc. Corinne handled all viewings so took time with me to see the property though my eyes. Sue was my point of contact and nothing was too much trouble. Sad circumstances for this sale and she remained kind and empathetic to the end and beyond. I would recommend this Company to anyone.

From the start to finish Fisher German have been brilliant in their professionalism, follow up conversations after viewings and advice. Unbelievably bad service

We have been trying to obtain a wayleave for a fibre line to our church. Fisher German were drawing up the document on behalf of Wetherspoons who are our landlord. This began in March 2026. We are now 5 months later and no progress has been made. Phone calls and emails are ignored. On 1st July 2026 we paid £1800 to Fisher German for drawing up the wayleave documentation. Nothing has happened since. Once again emails are ignored and no updates given. I certainly don't recommend Fisher German. It feels as if we have been kicked into the long grass because we're a church and don't matter much.

It has not been the easiest of sales, but nothing has been too much trouble for them to push forward and get a very good end result. I have driven through Bostock Green on so many occasions and often day dreamed about living there and now I get to do that. We were lucky to have the expierence of Michael Harris and Susan Wallace, nothing was to much for them.
