GoogleAppalling company. If you are renting anywhere residential or commercial, make sure Fisher German aren’t the managing agents, if they are, look for somewhere else. They don’t communicate with the landlord about any issues, and they refer to nasty bullying tactics. Very poor company.

Googlethese people especially Christian don't even deserve a star, i dealt with them over a commercial property had a viewing booked for yesterday at 10.00 in morning we awaited for them to turn up was 10.15 so gave them a call to see where they are they then lied and told be that they booked the viewing for Thursday so we said that's fine we will see you Thursday. Then today came he phoned up with more lies and told us that suddenly the property has been taken. We also putting a offer in writing this wasn't even considered told a pack of lies to you AVOID AT ALL COST DONT TRUST THIS COMANY WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH CHRISTIAN AT THE WORSTER BRANCE COMPLETE FABRICATOR.

GoogleWe put our house on the market on a Friday, 12 viewings over the weekend and five offers on the Monday, with a queue to view of disappointed people. Managed over the asking price and completed some 11 and a bit weeks later. Jo, Molly and Ella in particular were helpful and supportive throughout. Thank you.

GooglePhoned last week about a potential viewing they dropped on me with two days notice obviously like most ppl that work i cant just randomly take days off. When offered to view on a weekend or following week found them unhelpful and disinterested. Basically we've got enough ppl interested in this property we couldn't care a toss if you can view it or not.. Not a great way to treat customers.

From initial recommendations, to brochure and photography, to the manner in which the whole process was handled, everything was super professional! Of particular note was the support given to us by Ellie Lockwood who managed the interactions with other sellers and solicitors in the chain; nothing was too much trouble and she gave us fantastic support despite selling at one of the busiest times in history! All the staff we dealt with were equally helpful and efficient. We thoroughly recommend Fisher German Worcester.

GoogleA common "truth" is that estate agents only represent the interests of the seller, but for Fisher German that couldn't be further from the truth. Demi and team helped us purchase our dream house, supporting us through a number of challenges along the way, and really going the extra mile to help get our purchase over the line. The best estate agent experience we've ever had - couldn't be happier!

The transaction and stamp duty deadline proved challenging, however, they were both at the other end of the phone anytime we needed assistance or reassurance. We received regular updates on the progress of our purchase and prompt responses to any queries or assistance required. We would highly recommend their services to friends and family alike. GoogleThis company is rude and unprofessional. I have rented many houses from many companies and they are usually very eager to assist a potential client. Not so, in the case of this place. They can’t even be bothered to reply to enquires, citing Covid as the convenient reason why, yet other companies have been happy to provide a virtual tour of properties online. I would not like to be in the position of being a tenant of theirs having to report a problem, that’s all I can say.

From our initial enquiry through to completion they were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any of our enquiries. Jo Platt, who was dealing with the sale, could not have been more helpful and was both friendly and professional, as was Molly. Jo even took the time to welcome us to our new property. We were very pleased with our experience.
