GoogleNegligent and lack of safety 3 years of living in the uk and I’ve never come across any letting agents as dysfunctional as this this agency. Our letting agent Hannah managed to mess up our rents and got us paying more rent then we were verbally told. Gave our keys to the cleaners and handy men and asked them to let themselves in without giving us a heads up. Honestly wouldn’t bother wasting time with this agency. Save yourself your energy time and money and look for other letting agents
We're sorry to read your comments here. The Office Manager has been made aware and I believe has been in touch with you. Joanne (FK)

GoogleWe have let our Oxford flat through Finders Keepers for four years. The whole process has been really well managed throughout that time. I think good communication, clarity about the process, proper vetting of tenants and ongoing property checks are among FK's strengths. I also appreciate the advice and advance notice about aspects of the property that could be improved to maintain its desirability to prospective tenants, and to achieve the best rental income. It is all run so smoothly for us, and we are very grateful to FK for great job they do - which is so much more than just finding you the right tenant.
This is great to read! Thank you for taking the time to leave this wonderful review for our central Oxford team. Joanne (FK)
