GoogleRecently sold a property via the Fetherstons team at the Ballyhackamore office. Very impressed with the level of service received at all stages from initial valuation, through to listing, managing the viewings, and ultimately completion. Communication at all stages was excellent and Tony and Gareth were fantastic in their prompt response to any queries that I had - nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend the team based on my experience - very happy customer !!

GoogleAvoid! We were given a filthy apartment in Botanic area, which we had to clean up a whole week. The words are inadequate to describe the pain of the experience we had with this agency. They told us the place was ‘professionally’ cleaned but there was no sign of cleanliness whatsoever. Avoid, by all means.

GoogleI had a really positive experience purchasing my first house through Fetherstons. Grainne Reihill was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. I was kept updated at every stage and Grainne was really good at pushing things forward. I viewed lots of properties with many different estate agents before finding the right house. It was clear from my first viewing with Will Miscampbell that Fetherstons provide the best customer service in Belfast. Their high standards of professionalism continued throughout the purchasing process. I’d highly recommend Fetherstons to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and thoughtful estate agents. A big thank you to the Fetherstons for making my first house purchase much easier!

GoogleI recently sold my house through Fetherston’s and would highly recommend them to anyone. I reached out to a few local estate agents to get clarity on the sale process and compare fees. Fetherston’s level of customer service was brilliant in comparison to their competitors and their fees were reasonable too. Mike, Gareth and the team were really helpful and easy to work with. They were very professional and made the process seamless from start to finish.

GoogleAlthough I haven't secured a tenancy with Fetherstons, I felt compelled to write a review, as their customer service is absolutely first class. Having dealt with a number of agents over the years, I found Jennifer and Michelle's approach to my situation, quite unlike any I have experienced previously. They are professional, honest and upfront, friendly, caring, thoughtful, and they actually have a personality! It has been an absolute pleasure viewing properties with Jennifer and speaking with Michelle on the phone, and to be honest they absolutely went above and beyond for me. Having now secured a property with another company, I am quite sad that fetherstons won't be my agents! Jennifer and Michelle should be commended for their dedication to their clients, I honestly can't thank you both enough for all your time and effort. And now, I'm happy to say, it's time to take myself off those tenterhooks 😂 Thanks again! X

GoogleFrom first contact through to completion of sale I was very pleased in how it was handled very professionally in the Bangor branch. Geoff came out and within a few days the house was on the market. I was kept InTouch via email about viewings which would be happening and viewings were carried out by agent as noone was in the property. Would highly recommend this company.

GoogleI cant thank Will and Grainne enough, they handled the sale of my home and the house I was buying. Will did a fantastic job showing our home and got an amazing price for us. Grainne handled all communication from the moment we had offers right through until the day everything completed. They were on top of everything from the moment we agreed to sell with them, nothing was too much and to be honest I felt Grainne went over and above all of my expectations as an estate agent. This was my third move, but my first time using Fetherstons and I wouldn't use anyone else going forward. Thanks so much for making our move the least stressful move I've had yet. GoogleDo not trust these people they will try and get a double deposit off you and then try and keep it at end of tenancy and will also have people in doing viewings while you still live there. Avoid these people at all costs or you will be done over in the same manner I have been.

GoogleGrainne and Johnny looked after the sale of my apartment in South Belfast. I can not recommend them highly enough. They provided constant support and advice throughout the demanding and emotional process. Grainne's common sense and experience in the business was evident in how she navigated the sale and kept the buyer and myself informed at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending these people to anyone buying or selling.

GoogleGoing through a sale with Jonny in the Lisburn Road office at the moment. Couldn’t recommend him and Feathersons enough, I was initially selling my property with another agent and had to switch due to lack of communication and effort, things couldn’t be more different with Jonny. First class service and always makes an effort to keep you upto date with everything. Top class.
