She was efficient, prompt, diligent and highly competent with all aspects of the sale. As well as being the nicest and most lovely person to communicate with! She was meticulous from start to finish. The viewing slot was booked for just myself, so I felt the viewing experience to be unique and me-focused, rather than the open house style which can be overwhelming. He answered all my questions with clear transparency and that made my purchase decision easy. Gareth was also very good with communicating between myself and the vendor.
