GoogleUnfortunately, due to the sad passing of our parents, we needed to put the family home on the market. We approached a few estate agents in the area in order to get a valuation and find out more about selling the property. From the outset, Fetherstons went above and beyond their competitors, standing out with their outstanding customer service. Their professionalism, courteousness, and helpfulness throughout the entire process made everything so easy for us. They truly took care of everything and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. A massive thank you goes to Mike, Laurie and Nici. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Fetherstons to anyone in need of their services.

GoogleI reach out to Fetherstons real estate agent as I urgently wanted to rent one of the properties listed. I got in touch with them on April 28 2024 and asked if they could help me as I needed a long term lease and if they could get this sorted before 1st of May so I wouldn't end up paying again for my air bnb. I spoke to Cameron who was very polite and efficient. Since I wasn't based in Belfast, he went to the property and took a live video for me. He kept me posted with the progress every step of the way and was very friendly. He understood my situation and made sure he worked on this tight deadline. 30th April the contract was drafted and I signed it and im happily living at my new place. On the day of moving in he met me and handed me an envelope which contained all the relevant information I needed, the door codes etc were hand written as well. The agency has not only been so friendly but their team has been amazing as well cause when I called him at times and his colleagues answered they would already know the updates too!! Really happy to have chosen this company!!! Would definitely recommend them 👌

Googlevv disappointed > was v interested in a property and I asked 3 different folk in their office a simple question ?" Are dogs permitted " I am still waiting for an answer ineptitude and ambiguity come to mind so much for I will get right back yo you so disappointed in my opinion they have been as useful as a chocolate teapot will diffo notbe using them
