GoogleA big big thank you to Will (and everyone else at Fetherstons) for helping to get the sale of our property completed and over the line. I hugely appreciated Will's diplomacy and tact in moving negotiations forwards when there were sticking points, and for his level headed advice. He provided us with regular updates on what was going on and felt like we were in safe hands. It’s been a while since I went through this process, and working alongside him made the whole thing much less stressful. It was a pleasure working with Fetherstons, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

GoogleThis Estate Agent is by far one of the top agencies in Belfast! They're highly professional, approachable, responsive and most importantly friendly. Since the beginning I have delt with many people from fetherstone Clements, all have excceded my expectations but Holly in particular stood out. Holly was always there whenever we needed something in regards to the property even if it didn't have to do with her department directly! Holly always went above and beyond to help whenever they can! GoogleUsed these estate agents to rent a house. Towards the end of our tenancy, our deposit transferred from Fetherston Clements to the landlord of the house who ended up cleaning us out of our deposit. No warning about the transfer. Never made any contact with us about anything during our tenancy.

GoogleRented a property through Fetherston Clements in November 2020, where I lived for 12 months. During the entire tenancy period the agency was extremely helpful and always quick to respond for whatever issue we had. I mainly dealt with Lucy Boles and Alexandra Young, who were both superb.
