GoogleThis has been the most stressful, longest transaction I think I’ve ever experienced when it comes to conveyancing. I was selling my house in NI, whilst already being back in England. However, Will from FC, was beyond amazing, and in my opinion, definitely went above and beyond what a typical estate agent would do. Cannot express my gratitude enough!
Delighted to have been able to help, Mark.

GoogleWorst real estate ever. Won't return calls won't answer any emails. Flew from Manchester to Belfast to have a viewing filled in all the paperwork got told all is good. Now 2 months later no answer nothing tried many times to reach them never get thru. Blames the landlord for not making decisions? Got ignored completely. House is still on the market this day even when I offered to pay more.

GoogleBest estate agents in north down by far. Geoff is the man. He tells it as it is and is honest. Rare in estate agents these days.

GoogleI had a viewing after that I applied for an house made, many phone calls and emails no replies back. The occasional time I finally got someone on the phone I got brushed of saying the owner wasn't ready to decide to rent or sell. Property is still for sell/rent 2 months laters. Tried to offer more for the property told that it's not necessarily as my offer was good. Weirdest strangest experience ever. Till this day the property is still on there for sale and for rent??? Beech Lodge 1 Craigavon....
