We recently sold our home through Fetherstons, and the service we received was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Grainne Reihill, who managed the sale of our property. Although the process took a little longer than expected, Grainne was professional, proactive, and kept us updated every step of the way. She was always quick to answer any questions and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. We’re grateful for all of Grainne’s hard work and the support from the team at Fetherstons in getting our sale completed successfully. Jonathan Steen was excellent throughout the entire process of helping myself and my partner Aoife buy our first home together in Belfast. As first-time buyers, the whole process was completely new to us, and Jonathan’s kindness, patience and clear communication made a huge difference. Our purchase became quite protracted due to uncontrollable external factors, through no fault of either party, but Jonathan was always there to help wherever possible and kept the lines of communication open throughout. I highly recommend Featherstons for selling your house. Will’s communication from the very start, when getting my property listed, was excellent. They used the holding deposit fee as leverage to force me sign previously undisclosed contractual terms, and refused to pay me back when I didn't agree. Only after I contacted a lawyer they paid me back. Avoid them.
