I saw the add called up and met with a lovely young lady named Chloe Williams. The latter advised me and booked me a viewing straight away and answered my many many questions with enthusiasm. I made my offer and she advised me on how to proceed in order to achieve a positive response from the landlord. I followed her advice and it rendered success. I feel very comfortable approaching her regarding anything to do with the tenancy and feel really well looked after. Her professionalism and warm demeanor really eases the stressful process of house hunting.

We viewed a property with Chloe yesterday that me and my wife really liked. We made the offer, which Chloe put forward to the landlord and was accepted on the same day. The whole process was completed in a matter of hours. Chloe was really prompt in responding to calls and getting back to my queries. She explained the fees clearly and next steps to finalise the deal. More importantly, most of the agents are closed during the Christmas period and would re-open in 1st week of Jan. This has slowed our property search but Elliot Lee's team has helped us finalise a property during this slow period.

I am highly impressed with the customer service Elliot Lee has provided to us so far. We are new tenants who will be moving to the new property at the beginning of 2017. The fees are lower and the service is much better then our current estate agency. Chloe Williams, the property consultant, helped us to arrange a viewing for the flat which we really liked ! Her responses are quick and very efficient. She communicates with us in a professional and polite manner. Other team members are also great and very helpful. Thank you all !

View AgentsAbsolute nightmare turned into a dream come true!
As all Estate Agents nowadays use a outside referencing agency to vet all applicants the one used by Elliotlee is a nightmare and so unorganised. So much back and forth between us and not recieved information had my partner and I looking elsewhere with another Estate Agent.... But then Bekah O'Sullivan stepped in and turned an absolute nightmare into us getting our dream property! Bekah is not a sales agent, she never viewed the property and had never met either of us before but WOW did she go above and beyond her job role and duty! To put it quite frankly, without Bekah we would of cut our losses and gone elsewhere so a huge thank you to her doesn't seem enough but hopefully her bosses will see this and acknowledge it! I did not get a checkin time until a day before I moved in. This caused me lot of inconvenience in planning my move. Despite repeated calls to the agent all I got was that I will receive a call back by end of the day. But they did not call me back even once for giving me a checkin time, Apart from this issue everything else went smooth.

Positives are 1. Set process and they go with this process 2. Explains things when you visit them at their office or phone 3. Professional interactions 4. Punctual 5. Courageous Areas of Improvements 1. Email response timelines are not great (rather I need call them up to get speedy answer) 2. To profile the tenant's background (if the tenant is moving for first time to UK) and advise them accordingly rather assuming they new all the basic things about renting and living in a new country. For Example,. you may consider providing inputs about Local council, How to pay council tax, utilities bills, schools (Rightmove.com provides this), near by places etc.. This will give more comfort for the first time to UK and improve collaboration.

Not at all happy with the service and they charge more than other agents for referencing process. Lacks communication and not good at admin level work.

Having looked into further with the team I understand that what you were requesting is an additional service and your Landlord had not selected this. We aim to be transparent throughout the business and all of our fees are outlined very clearly on all property adverts and also discussed before any payments are taken. Our fees are continually reviewed and are inline with our competitors.. We are always looking for ways to improve our service and will take your comments on board.
