Edmunds have been so helpful in the sale of our house. It took a while due to the housing market, but they went above and beyond and finally got us our purchaser. Thank you to Nick and Rob.

We bought our first property through Ivan Epps in 1990. Since then he has acted for us in the sale of several properties and managed rental properties on our behalf. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He is a safe pair of hands and we have always appreciated his help.

We appointed Edmund Estates after them kindly giving a Probate Valuation for my Fathers house. During that valuation it became apparent that Edmund were the only agent that was clear in the way that they would handle the sale. It was important to us that there needed to be little confusion for both us as the seller, and any potential buyer. The actual selling process was handled with professionalism and once a realistic offer was received, the process to actual completion was straightforward and easily achieved. For a realistic sale of your I cannot recommend Edmund highly enough.

We recently had a great experience working with Ivan from Edmunds Orpington agency while searching for a property. Ivan was incredibly helpful, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the market and the area. He was always ready to answer our questions and made the whole process much easier. Finding the right place can be daunting, but Ivan’s guidance and support really helped. We’d recommend him to anyone in search of a home. Thanks for the excellent service, Ivan

Extremely positive experience with Edmund's when selling our deceased mother's house recently. Ivan's many years of experience and knowledge of the local area is evident. He worked relentlessly and communication was superb throughout. After finding a suitable buyer completion took several months longer to complete than we had anticipated due to a hold up down the line, but at no point did Ivan take his finger off the pulse, persistently chasing the other parties without prompting. We felt complete confidence in Edmund and would not hesitate to use their services again. Many thanks and a Happy New Year to you!

Once placed with Edmund, a buyer was found very quickly and Ivan at the Orpington High Street branch continued to chase other parties in the chain until the sale was completed. Friendly and excellent service beyond our expectations. Thank you.

Ivan was great. I know poeple say any estate agent can take photos and post to Right Move. But once you have a buyer - keeping everything moving, making sure both sides were informed and following up and what needed to happen and when - was a huge benefit. I don't believe every estate agent would do that and Ivan did it exceptionally well.
