The staff at Edmunds were very professional, always keeping us updated on the progress of the sale of our property. Kevin and Andy were very friendly and approachable, always striving to get us the best price for our house. I would highly recommend Edmund’s. 10/10.

If You’re Looking to Feel Ignored, This Is the Place! Despite giving all our details, we never received a single property suggestion. Not one. It’s almost impressive how thoroughly they managed to forget we existed. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming from the start. The man at the first desk on the left set the tone: unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in actually dealing with people. There was also a very uncomfortable sense that we weren’t being treated the same as other clients. Let’s just say their idea of “professionalism” seems to come with some very selective customer service. Whether that’s down to unconscious bias or something more intentional, we’ll let you decide. Overall, an unpleasant and frustrating experience. If you’re not part of their preferred crowd, don’t expect much

Have used Edmund, Petts Wood, previously selling my property in 2000. Very professional service, so when I came to sell my property I again went with Edmund, Westmoreland Road, having vetted several. Again very professional doing all the viewings including an early Sunday one. Great contact either phone and or email. Good advice too from both Andrew and Kevin. Again house was sold in good time, being priced correctly. So a big thanks to them both for their hard work, and to Kevin for doing a Sunday viewing which turned into a sale.

Edmunds sold our house really quickly but my purchase moved really slowly. After 4 months - even though the deadline for the chain was still 4 months away; I was put under intensive pressure to exchange contracts even though the onward chain wouldnt exchange. My belief is that the pressure came from Edmunds, whenever I asked for real details, they were never forthcoming. Other professional involved in the chain completely agreed with me - that it was Edmunds driving the pressure. I pulled away from my 'dream' property and found another one, which would do. Obviously this is just my opinion but I wouldnt recommend them.

We have just bought our first home through Kevin and Andy at Edmund. We have been looking for over a year so have worked with many agents and these guys have from day 1 been the best of the best. They are knowledgable, honest and go above and beyond to be helpful throughout the purchase. We couldn’t have asked for better people to work with. If you’re lucky enough to find your home through them you’re in good hands! And when one day we do come to sell, we wouldn’t go to anyone else. A huge thanks to you both - you are brilliant and have really made the journey to move in as seamless as possible.

Despite being a small local Estate Agent they had a constant stream of viewers for our property. The company is not flashy, it just does it's job well. The staff were very polite and professional.

We had been renting for five years following the sale of our property despite our continued efforts to get back on the ladder and we were starting to think it was never going to happen. Andrew and Kevin were always friendly, professional, and sensitive to our family’s needs whilst assisting us with our purchase. We are delighted to be settled in our new home and very grateful for all their help. We would highly recommend them.
