GoogleWe've bought our house in Orpington through Edmund Estates. We were very happy with the clear instructions that Ivan and Glenn gave us, and really appreciated the patience they showed us as well as their down-to-earth nature. Suzie - about to return to the Motherland of Orpington.

GoogleSuperb experience from the beginning. Glenn and Ivan were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, keeping us in the loop at a minimum weekly basis. Were always willing to guide us with information and be flexible when it came to viewing the property on multiple occasions. Their clear communication was always key for us, as we wanted to know what was happening, especially with the property going through the probate process and us having little knowledge on the steps. A big thank you from us as the whole experience has been faultless and would gladly recommend Glenn/Ivan and Edmunds to anyone in the future.
Thanks Alex, that's most kind of you. Have a great Christmas

GoogleIf You’re Looking to Feel Ignored, This Is the Place! Despite giving all our details, we never received a single property suggestion. Not one. It’s almost impressive how thoroughly they managed to forget we existed. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming from the start. The man at the first desk on the left set the tone: unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in actually dealing with people. There was also a very uncomfortable sense that we weren’t being treated the same as other clients. Let’s just say their idea of “professionalism” seems to come with some very selective customer service. Whether that’s down to unconscious bias or something more intentional, we’ll let you decide. Overall, an unpleasant and frustrating experience. If you’re not part of their preferred crowd, don’t expect much
