She has been wonderful since our first look, offering lots of help and making the process so far seamless. Any queries are answered within a day. We just wanted to say a big thank you to Anne at Viscount Green for making our home buying experience so stress free and lovely. We’d been looking at a few local new build developments before settling on Viscount Green, and we can honestly say that Anne is the most helpful, positive, professional and genuinely friendly sales consultant we’ve come across. It’s been a real pleasure dealing with Anne and she is always on hand to explain things and answer any queries with her caring manor. Buying any house, especially a new one is a big thing and we have never been made to feel rushed in any appointment, she even let us bring our little dog with us when choosing our kitchen, tiles and flooring!! Of course Anne had some dog treats handy for him :-) The house is due to be ready by the end of summer, and after the service we have received so far it has filled us with confidence that everything will be great. Thanks for making our stressful home buying experience such a lovely one with lots of nice memories. If you love the houses on this beautiful development, don’t hesitate to go and visit Anne! We have had such a lovely experience with Anne Newman at Viscount Green in Horwich. Anne is professional but also incredibly approachable, making the whole process of choosing what will be our ‘forever home’ as stress free as possible. We are still in the early days of our purchase but feel confident about everything so far given her infectious positivity every time we’ve seen her. Nothing is too much trouble, she never rushes any appointment and has so far made what is generally an intense experience really lovely! We’re keeping everything crossed as the development in Horwich is absolutely beautiful! Thank you Anne, you’re an asset to Eccelston Homes!

Eccleston Homes has been a positive experience overall for us. Rosie was especially helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and allowing us to make informed decisions without feeling rushed. We've been impressed with the standard of their homes and found their customer service to be professional and responsive to our concerns, which gives us confidence in their work. Although we faced some issues with the build, similar to those faced by other homeowners, the team has been supportive throughout the process of rectifying them. Special thanks to Anne Newman at Viscount Greent for her dedication and hard work which made our transition smoother. Despite some challenges, we are pleased with our new home and believe we will be happy here.

Eccleston Homes have been amazing through the whole process of us buying our new home. They supported us when things kept falling through with the sale of our previous home. Anne Newman in the sales office at Viscount Greent deserves an extra special mention and a huge thank you for working tirelessly on our behalf. Through the whole process she worked so hard chasing the chain through to completion. She is both a professional and warm person who always has a smile for everyone. The new house is beautiful and I'm sure we are going to be very happy here.
