GoogleCan praise highly enough. From the first visit to value our home right through the whole selling process. The valuation was honest and achievable (We actually achieved £10K over) we received regular updates and assistance when required. Whilst it is a team effort, Special mention must go to Rebecca Baron. When things were stalling and not progressing because of the inaction of other parties, we only had to speak to Rebecca and within hours we would have answers and instant progress. Rebecca is fantastic! Thank you

GoogleMy wife and I bought our first home and the seller used Duckworths. As the purchaser, we were kept in the loop, informed and when we had issues with our conveyancer, Rebecca was on hand to chase on our behalf and made the entire process possible. Without her input, I am very doubtful we would have got across the line. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them for any sale and would be relieved if we purchased a home through them in the future.

We were very happy with the floorplans / pictures, their flexibility around viewings and the communication was great at every stage. GoogleAfter many unsuccessful house viewings with Estate Agents that did not seem very interested in actually selling their properties and unable to answer any relevant questions about the houses, it was a breath of fresh air when Debra from Duckworths Estate Agents showed us around a property. She gave us a warm welcome on a cold and snowy day and was friendly and very knowledgeable abut the property. Once we made the offer Rebecca worked hard to negotiate a deal for us and helped us secure our forever home. You wont go far wrong with Duckworths

GoogleSo so easy to deal with from start to finish of my selling process. Extremely friendly and always answered anything I asked quickly. Rebecca kept me up to date with my house sale and was there from start to finish. Debra was brilliant at the start of the process with lots of info and getting the best advice. GoogleHighly recommended ! Rebecca Baron runs a tight ship at Duckworths and expertly manages a great team . Everything was dealt with promptly, professionally and still in a friendly manner . James and Debra (Sales and valuations)were both fantastic too. This was by far the best experience I had whilst selling a property and I wouldn't hesitate to use again .

GoogleWe're so glad the property we found was with Duckworths! Rebecca and the team there has been responsive, proactive and great to work with in our property search. We were originally going to with a mortgage advisor and solicitors that a family friend recommended however after a lack of speed in confirming the solicitors, Duckworths recommended another firm who have been great to work with. They are communicative, professional and have kept us in the loop at each stage of the purchasing process. After numerous delays over a 4 week period with the advisor we were working with, Duckworths again offered assistance in recommending an alternative advisor. The alternative advisor got our mortgage approved and moving ahead within the week. At no point did Duckworths pressure any decision making and they felt as though they were there to support both the seller and the buyer. We've had a great experience working with them and would recommend them to anyone in the property market.
