TrustpilotCompany doesn't value "rural"
The valuer never asked us any questions about the local amenities and got his information from something called Streetcheck.co.uk which does not appear to record anything for rural northwest Scotland - they might as well write "here be dragons" for all the use they were. We could have said there are two outlets for groceries in the village and a GP surgery 10 miles away. The air ambulance can get us to the nearest hospital within 30mins..

The surveyor was friendly and polite and he treated myself and house with respect at all times. He explained the process of his job and kept me informed of what happened next. He, as well as another girl in the office, was very responsive to a couple of e mails and a solution found without any problem. Would definitely not hesitate in using this company, if needed, again in the future and would highly recommend
