TrustpilotHOUSE VALUATION
HOUSE VALUATIONOn time and polite. His approach and how he worked seemed very professional, but also considerate. I did think he had under valued the property, however, and would have appreciated some information on current sales values for similar properties. ANNE RUTHVEN

TrustpilotPrompt arrival and thorough review…
Prompt arrival and thorough review however advised drains were blocked (hedgehogs are in place so are not) and stated no fire alarms present but their are two both interlinked along with a carbon monoxide detector. Given we were time sensitive for the report I should have picked up on it sooner however I would’ve expected such things to be easily spotted
