I felt the surveyor was very particular with items at my property. The previous HR was carried out by yourself and never flagged ANY of the issues they where flagged in the most recent survey?

The current Surveyor appears to be more concerned about potentially offending roofing companies rather than providing factual survey about condition of a building and related workmanship

TrustpilotNot impressed
Not impressed. Got DM Hall’s surveyors out last year and more recently in June for same house. House valuation was the same despite the market. Was advised by professionals that the house was completely undervalued by them, which it was, by at least £20,000.00 as it has since been revalued elsewhere. No market comparison was made by surveyors since Initial survey., which was low even then. One of the surveyors was very pleasant hence the one star.. I’d Avoid!!
