TrustpilotHome Report 112 Queens Crescent
The DM Hall assessor was friendly, thorough and transparent in what he was doing and also his findings. The report was very clear on what was being reviewed and the outcomes from the assessment we’re clear so I knew exactly if there were any potential problems. The assessment itself was done with little intervention from or intrusion to myself which was great. The turnaround time was a day which allowed me to start the marketing very quickly after that.

TrustpilotNot the most responsive service
Not the most responsive service, disappointed and felt undervalued as a customer,It should not take over one week to obtain a valuation and building report(landlord evidence for new tenant)If you are buying a property, the turnaround is usually immediate.
