TrustpilotSurvey efficiency
Instructed, survey completed, draft report issued, agreed and paid for, then issued finalised report to solicitors all in 8 days. How can we give less than 5 stars for that performance.

TrustpilotIf I could rate this 0 star I would
If I could rate this 0 star I would. They again have undervalued our property for the 2nd time. They have ripped us of our money for valuation from here. Don't spend your money here as it will go to waste. Surveyor is not professional she doesn't know how to greet clients. She spent less than 10 minutes in our property and no measurements were taking. Stay away and avoidFirst surveryor did our valuation back in 2019 and then it didn't sell so had to get a replacement done in 2020 and then they cut rip us off.Now surveyor cut us off even more.Worst place ever

TrustpilotPutting a door handle as a 2 on the…
Putting a door handle as a 2 on the home report seemed a bit over the top (the handle and lock works effectively). The small.flat roof being marked as a 2 as there was a small water pooling? No evidence of leaks inside property and roof was redone 4 years ago and is solid, Also downpour of rain earlier in the day. Also saying that my heating being an electric wet system with solar panels and feed in tariff is not economically good, I can't understand as I pay around £40 week when the heating is on, for all our power. (You can't get a feed in tariff anymore, so thought that would increase the cost effectively)
