GoogleContacted regarding commercial property, totally ignored. Apparently person dealing with property "Anthony" is on holiday. As noted by another individual same excuse given. This is definitely a lie seemingly done to discriminate against renters! I would advise businesses not to deal with such a dishonest company.
Agent replied · 16 April 2026
Thank you for your comments. I have checked with the office and can confirm Anthony was on holiday. If you email marketing@dmhall.co.uk with your name and contact details we will be happy to discuss this with you. Regards DM Hall Surveyors

TrustpilotNot impressed
I was unable to view the home report between July and September. I asked for assistance but was told to activate my account. You are using my work email and not my personal email. I do not want to have to activate an account with yet another password to view documents that I am paying for. I wanted clear instructions and an email. Also I understand that photographs were taken - there are no pictures on the home report.
Agent replied · 25 September 2025
We apologise that you experienced difficulty accessing the home report. Kind regards, DM Hall Surveyors
