GoogleI was very impressed with Elaine Birkley and the sales team at DM & Co. Solihull. They are extremely professional and are currently helping us to find our dream house in Knowle. In covid times where there is a mad rush to buy houses and the prices going through the roof, you need an expert who understand your requirements, having good knowledge of the local property market and is patient enough to keep supporting you through your house hunting journey. Elaine and Kathy have been one of the most polite and caring estate agents we have dealt with in all the years we have bought properties and it’s been an absolute delight doing this house hunt through this company . I honestly hope that as a company that you are proud that you make customers feel that you deeply care to satisfy their needs and will go above and beyond to make that happen.

GoogleWe instructed DM & Co for renting our property in solihull. I initially met Gabrielle to discuss the terms and rent. She was very professional, friendly and polite. Later, I also corresponded with Aimee who was always very polite and responsive. Our house was rented within less than a week. Very good customer service. We were very happy with the service. GoogleWOW! is an under statement. The team at DM & Co has been nothing short of amazing. I contacted them in October 2021 as we had planned to emigrate from South Africa. The information we received from friends and colleagues in the UK is that rentals were extremely hard to come by and a difficult process. However DM& Co made it a pain free and memorable experience. We managed to secure a property while still in South Africa and within 1 day having landed in UK and sorting out the final paper work we were able to move in. The team went above an beyond, from constantly checking in with us and keeping us informed. They did a virtual tour for us, and have managed this process with utmost professionalism and friendliness. A task many other agencies were not keen on taking on, DM & Co did everything in their power to ensure we were sucessful in our application. Thank you so much to Aimee, Gabrielle, Elise and Domonic. Our family will forever be grateful to you.

GoogleMoving house is super stressful, but it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with DM&Co throughout the process of purchasing my property. Everyone I've dealt with has been great, but Lynne in particular has been amazing. There have been a few hurdles along the way, but Lynne very calmly and reassuringly has sorted everything out and has been wonderful.

GoogleWe have a few properties and I have always tried to let them out ourselves after being stung by nationwide agents. It has always been massively time consuming and always littered with errors due my lack of letting knowledge. So we decided to try an Independant estate agents to see if the service was different and I will now never go back! Kate was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She communicated well, helped me to sort out all of my certificates, didn’t shout at me when the house key wasn’t left when I promised it would be, did all of the paper work and, and this is the best bit, had my house let out in just under 2 weeks! The service has been smooth and impeccable. I’m extremely impressed with this independent estate agents that certainly give a more personal touch!

Not only has Victoria helped us by guiding us through the process of agreeing the purchase, she has kept in constant contact, communicating with us on a daily basis and it has been a pleasure with someone who is always so positive on the phone, and always comes across with a lovely can do attitude which is a rare quality to find nowadays. We often don't get enough time crediting staff and employees who go out their way and make such a positive impact and represent their employer is such positive light - She's an absolute credit to DM Homes, she should be congratulated for her excellent customer service, and commitment she has shown in helping us secure our purchase. Gabrielle and Aimee were brilliant - always quick to respond and to go the extra mile to help us through the process. They're just generally lovely people and seemed highly motivated to ensure we got the house that we wanted. DM & Co's amazing customer service on lettings is a far cry from the terrible service we've received previously at other estate agents, who treat prospective tenants terribly compared to how they treat people who are buying/selling. GoogleEnquired about a property and was immediately turned down due to having pets. Absolutely ridiculous. They refused to ask the landlord directly as "they know them very well". Absolutely ridiculous in 2021 and with the change of the MTA in Jan '21.
The Gentlemen concerned contacted us this morning by telephone following his Emailed enquiry. We had, in reply to his Email, stated that unfortunately the property could not be offered as new Carpets were about to be installed, and the Landlord regretfully, who is a pet lover as we are, wouldn’t be able to accept two cats and two dogs to live in the One Bedroom property with the Couple. The gentleman when calling was very unreasonable, very agitated, offensive, abusive, and unfortunately, his swearing wasn’t helping the fact that our client was making a reasonable decision in unfortunately rejecting his application to see the property. We try to help everyone as much as we possibly can, but unfortunately some people’s circumstances and thereafter manner don’t allow us to sometimes! We respectfully advised that we could not help as the Landlord for the one Bedroom House in question was just about to have new carpets installed. Russell Owen, LLB Hons

GoogleThe company should be avoided. Their management is based on very poor communication and has the sole aim of extracting money from you.
